The Lib Dem led City Council have made it a priority to compulsory purchase abandoned buildings to improve the local street scene and increase the number of houses for families available in the City.

Eyres Monsell Councillor, Dean Ramsdale is pleased to announce that one such house in the South Saffron area has been the subject of a CPO (Compulsory purchase order). The three bed-roomed house will be brought back into use in the near future.
