Harrish Bisnauthsing for Leicester South. Election Communication Summary

LLD

The election on 8th June is your chance to change Britain's future.

Leicester South is a vibrant, diverse constituency. In June last year our city voted for the UK to Remain in the European Union.

As a Liberal Democrat I am concerned a hard Brexit will be economically detrimental to our residents, with the poorest families hit hardest.

Recent data published shows economic growth slowing and prices rising. If Theresa May pulls us out of the Single Market it will get even worse!

We need to protect jobs by keeping Britain in the Single Market and give the British people a say on any final deal, including the option of remaining in the EU.

Fighting against a Hard Brexit:- Harrish is proud the Liberal Democrats are the only party that has always fought for Britain's Membership of the European Union. That's why he is fighting for you to have your say on any final Brexit deal.

Standing up for the NHS:- Harrish knows we need additional investment in Leicester's health and care services as a matter of urgency. The Liberal Democrats would give the NHS the funds it desperately needs.

Opposing school cuts:- Harrish is concerned about the threat to our schools from a Conservative Government and Labour Council that have stopped listening to local people. Schools in Leicester are set to lose £22 million from their budgets.
