Graffiti and Overgrown; the path linking Caversham Road and the Hillsborough Road Park

Reciprients of the Leicester City Liberal Democrat news digests will recall in August the Focus Team had reported to Leicester City Council the public footpath linking the park on Hillsborough Road and Caversham Road had been blighted by anti-social behaviour and various other environmental issues.
