Labour’s Leicester recycling failure. Leicester falls into the bottom 100 councils in England for recycling.
Leicester City Councils recycling rates have fallen yet again in a League table compiled by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for the year 2020/21. Leicester is now ranked 245th out of 338 councils with 35.7% of items sent for Reuse, Recycling or Composting.
