Leicester Liberal Democrats at North Shropshire by-election.

Leicester Liberal Democrats' members Daniel Henry and Scott Kennedy-Lount hit the villages in North Shropshire last Sunday 28th November as part of Leicester's support for the party campaign for the PPC in the West Midlands constituencies Parliamentary By-Election set for Thursday 16th December.

Although the day began dry, with late snow flurries later on this didn't deter delivering the latest leaflet nor speaking with constituents who have come across as furious the Conservatives choosing a PPC from Birmingham, some 50 miles away.

"North Shropshire is a farming community," began one resident, "What does this candidate from Birmingham know about us?"

The Leicester team supported local business whilst in the area, partaking of a delicious Sunday lunch at very short notice.
