Leicester Pride. “We had a fun time of togetherness” says Ian Bradwell

Leicester Liberal Democrat members participated in the Leicester Pride on Saturday 31st August.

Leicester West PPC for the Liberal Democrats, Ian Bradwell, offers his thoughts on the day.

"Leicester Pride, on Saturday 31st August was a wonderful experience. It was a time when you felt as one. It was absolutely brilliant and brought together a lot of people and regardless of who you are, regardless of your sexuality or disability, it wasn't important; we had a fun time of togetherness.

I can't praise this event highly enough; my own wishes we could have more of these events in Leicester; I certainly would want to go on every single one, if we were to have two or three a year, they are that good."
