Mo Raghav met with Council Leader Roger Blackmore to discuss issues effecting people in the Charnwood area.

Mo had taken residents concerns straight to the top in March when he visited the Council Leader at New Walk Centre.

Mo Raghav, a local campaigner for the Charnwood area said, " I feel that Cllr Blackmore is listening to residents, he is a man I can trust."

Mo talked with the Leader about dumped rubbish, vandalism and the state of roads.

Since their meeting it has become local knowledge that the two local Labour councillors will be fighting their election campaigns elsewhere in the city - this has concerned local residents as they feel that the councillors would be concentrating on the areas they want to win rather than Charnwood - the area they were elected to represent.
