Nitesh Dave for Leicester East, Election Communication Summary

LLD

The Election on 8th June is your chance to change Britian's future.

As a teacher at a local school for children with special needs, I am acutely aware of the negative effects that the Conservatives' cuts to education funding are having on my pupils.

I am also gravely concerned that a disastrous hard Brexit will hit people in the pocket across Leicester, with the poorest families hit hardest. We need to protect jobs by staying in the single market.

Last June, Leicester voted to Remain in the European Union and I will fight for you to have your say on any final Brexit deal, including the option to Remain in the EU.

Fighting against a Hard Brexit:- Nitesh is proud the LibDems are the only party that has fought for Britain's membership of the European Union. That's why Nitesh is fighting for you to have your say on any final Brexit deal, including the option to remain in the European Union.

Standing up for the NHS:- Nitesh knows we need more investment in health and social care services as a matter of urgency. The Liberal Democrats will give our NHS the funds it desperately needs.

Opposing school cuts:- Nitesh is a teacher and deeply concerned about the threat to our schools from a Conservative Party that has stopped listening to local people. Schools in Leicester are set to lose £22 million from their budgets.
