No Trick or Treater's Please

Local Eyres Monsell Campaigners Joan Garrity and Scott Kennedy Lount have delivered 'No Trick or Treat' signs to local pensioners in an attempt to stamp out un-wanted late night door knocking.

Joan said, ""Halloween is renowned for the trick or treat tradition and whilst we don't want to ruin anyone's fun, we want everyone to be safe." Scott continued, " I know that some of our more vulnerable and elderly members of the community feel a little apprehensive at this time of year and do not wish to be disturbed late in the evening, I hope these signs help solve the problem."
