Plasma TV's on the Taxpayers Expense

Labour Councillors enjoy watching their large plasma TV in their Group room at Leicester Town Hall.
Some members of the public that attended the Christmas Light switch on at the Town Hall Square also caught some of Noel Edmond's Deal or no Deal TV show which was being watched from the brightly lit Leicester Labour Party Group room.
It has been confirmed that they do have a 60" plasma TV - of course, paid for by the taxpayer.
The Liberal Democrat Councillor Group nor any other Group have TV's in their office's or wants them.
