Freemen Ward Lib Dem councillor Dale Keeling, regularly takes part in Estate Inspections, which happen every other month in the Saffron area.

The inspection route is made up of a few Saffron streets; council officers join Dale and the police who walk the route looking out for graffiti, rubbish, general eyesores and any other problems in that particular area. Advance letters are sent to the residents of those streets chosen to for the route to ask them to join in the inspection.

Cllr. Dale Keeling said, " This is a great way for the council and police to work as a team and to interact with the public, I ask any Saffron resident that if they feel there is a certain part of Saffron that has concerns, then please get in touch with me."
