Members of the Coleman Ward Focus Team hit Coleman streets asking residents their views of the Coleman area, and what they thought of the City Council and how it was being run.

A £750, 000 scheme has been launched in order to improve public toilets throughout the city. Old and disused toilets are being knocked down and replaced with new blocks, whilst other toilets are being modernised.
Two new customer service centres have been opened in Saffron Lane and Braunstone, in addition to existing centres in New Parks and the council building on New Walk.
